Agreement and service

These terms govern the Lyra website and Android app operated by Ori Delevski. By using Lyra you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may delete the account at any time.

AI, music, and third-party content

Lyra provides automated song commentary, translations, lyrics, metadata and links. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or subjective and is not an authoritative statement of an artist's intent or professional advice. Verify important claims independently.

Song names, artwork, recordings, videos, lyrics and other third-party materials belong to their owners. Availability through Lyra does not transfer rights to you or mean that Lyra endorses the source. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Copyright and reports

Lyra is intended for discovery, commentary, research and personal use. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or create an unauthorized database from third-party content. If you own rights and believe material is used improperly, email orworkdelevski@gmail.com with your contact details, the work, the exact Lyra URL, the claimed right, and a good-faith explanation. We may remove or limit material while reviewing a report.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law; infringe rights; upload malicious or sensitive data; scrape or copy Lyra at scale; bypass limits or security; interfere with the service; impersonate others; probe systems without permission; or use output to mislead or harm others. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, Lyra, or third parties.

Your submissions

You keep rights in text you submit. You give Lyra a limited permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

Availability, changes, and termination

Lyra may change, pause or end features and may correct or remove content. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may stop using Lyra at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including rights, disclaimers and limits, will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

Lyra is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Lyra and its operator are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, lost data, profits or opportunity arising from use of or reliance on Lyra.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Courts with jurisdiction under Israeli law will hear disputes. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the version, and material changes will be shown in the service where required. Questions: orworkdelevski@gmail.com.
